RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to love your Jardani Perfumes purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened perfumes in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Important: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume bottles.
Exceptions
We will accept returns or exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
How to Return
Before sending any return, you must contact us first to receive return authorization and instructions via email at jardaniofficial@jardani.com.
We will provide you with the return address and specific instructions once your return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
