Who is Jardani?

Jardani is a niche fragrance house, creating refined Eau de Parfum for those who appreciate depth, character and long-lasting scent. Each fragrance is crafted to feel luxurious and memorable, with a signature presence from the first spray to the final dry-down.

Are your fragrances for men or women?

Our collections include fragrances positioned as “For Him” and “For Her”, but all Jardani scents are gender-inclusive. We encourage you to choose the fragrance that speaks to you, regardless of the label.

Where is Jardani based?

We are an online fragrance house serving customers in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with courier options available for Australia.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, select your preferred fragrance, and click Add to cart. When you are ready, go to your cart and follow the secure checkout steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with other secure payment options displayed at checkout (such as Afterpay, Paypal where available).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jardaniofficial@jardani.com quoting your order number. If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship locally within New Zealand and the United Kingdom. We can also arrange courier delivery to Australia

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery timings after dispatch are:

 
• New Zealand: usually 2–5 business days.
 
• United Kingdom: usually 3–5 business days.
 
• Australia (courier): timing will depend on the courier service and destination; details will be provided at the time of arranging shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are fixed standard local rate for  NZ North Island & South Island and Fixed standard local rate for UK England, Scotland & Wales. From time to time, we may offer complimentary or reduced-rate shipping as part of special promotions.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Only for International Shipment .Any customs duties, taxes or import fees applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking local regulations if you are unsure.

Can I return a fragrance I have tried?

Because perfume is a cosmetic product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bottles unless there is a confirmed fault with the product.

Fragrance & Ingredients

How long do Jardani fragrances last?

Jardani fragrances are created as Eau de Parfum with a focus on longevity and projection. Actual wear time can vary depending on skin type, environment and application, but our scents are designed to stay present for several hours.

Are your fragrances original?

Yes. Each Jardani perfume is an original composition, made exclusively for our brand. We do not sell imitations or copies of other labels.

Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?

Our perfumes are developed in line with general cosmetic safety guidelines; however, every skin type is unique. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test on the wrist and waiting 24 hours, or applying mainly to clothing.

Do your products contain allergens?

As with most fine fragrances, our scents may contain ingredients that some individuals can be sensitive to (including certain aroma chemicals and essential oils). All required allergen information will be printed on the packaging where applicable, and details can be provided on request.

Are your products cruelty-free, vegan or halal?

For the latest information on our manufacturing standards, sourcing and suitability (including cruelty-free, vegan or halal considerations), please refer to the individual product pages or contact us at jardaniofficial@jardani.com.

How should I store my perfume?

To preserve the integrity of your fragrance, store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold.

Using Your Fragrance

How should I apply my perfume?

For best results, spray onto clean, dry skin from around 10–15 cm away, focusing on pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the fragrance into the skin, as this can disrupt the natural development of the scent.

Can I layer Jardani fragrances?

Yes. Layering is a beautiful way to create a personalised signature. Apply the lighter or fresher fragrance first, then add a deeper or more intense scent on top to build complexity.

How do I use a promotion or discount code?

Enter your promotional code in the designated box at checkout and click Apply. Only one code can typically be used per order, unless otherwise specified.
